Configure Zoom

Connect Zoom for incident bridge creation and transcript-friendly meeting hosting.

Before you start

  • Use a Zoom account that can host the meetings this workspace should create.

Do this

  1. Open Settings > Integrations and select Zoom.
  2. Complete the Zoom OAuth flow.
  3. Confirm the host account is connected.
  4. Test Zoom meeting creation from the incident workflow or a runbook.
  5. If you rely on recordings or transcripts, confirm the host account settings support them.

Check it worked

  • Zoom is connected and ready.
  • OpsBell can create a Zoom bridge when needed.

If it does not work

  • If OAuth fails, reconnect with a valid host account.
  • If transcripts are important, use an account with Cloud Recording and audio transcript enabled.
