Configure WhatsApp Delivery
Enable WhatsApp as an optional delivery channel for responder and watcher notifications.
Before you start
- Decide whether WhatsApp is a real delivery need for the workspace or just another noisy path.
Do this
- Open
Settings > Integrationsand selectWhatsApp. - Enable the integration for the workspace.
- Confirm the workspace can use OpsBell-managed WhatsApp delivery.
- Add WhatsApp to user escalation policies or subscriptions only where it fits the real responder workflow.
Check it worked
- WhatsApp appears as an available delivery channel.
- Responders can choose it in routing when the workspace is ready.
If it does not work
- If the channel is missing, confirm the integration is enabled.
- If the workspace does not actually use WhatsApp operationally, leave it off instead of adding unused channels.
