Configure PagerDuty

Connect PagerDuty for service mapping, default paging targets, and on-call lookup.

Before you start

  • Use a PagerDuty account that can authorize the app and access the services this workspace should use.

Do this

  1. Open Settings > Integrations and select PagerDuty.
  2. Complete the PagerDuty OAuth flow.
  3. Choose the default PagerDuty service for the workspace if one should be preferred.
  4. Load the available services and review what can be synced into the catalog.
  5. Sync or link the services you need.
  6. Check the on-call directory to confirm PagerDuty-backed responder data is available.

Check it worked

  • PagerDuty is connected and healthy.
  • Services load successfully.
  • PagerDuty-backed on-call rows appear in the coverage view.

If it does not work

  • If OAuth fails, reconnect with the right PagerDuty account.
  • If services do not load, fix the integration before editing catalog mappings.
  • If on-call rows are missing, check PagerDuty readiness from the coverage board.
