Configure Okta

Connect Okta so the workspace can sync users and groups from your identity source.

Before you start

  • Have the full Okta org URL and an API token from an account that can read users and groups.

Do this

  1. Open Settings > Integrations and select Okta.
  2. Enter the Okta org URL.
  3. Enter the API token.
  4. Save the integration.
  5. Sync users and groups from the people or user-management flow.
  6. Review the imported users and team mappings before you rely on them for routing.

Check it worked

  • Okta saves successfully.
  • Users and groups can be read into the workspace.
  • Synced users show the expected identity source.

If it does not work

  • If the connection fails, verify the org URL format first.
  • If sync results are incomplete, check the API token permissions before editing users manually.
